2012 kawasaki teryx 750 problems
The belt engagement is perfect and smooth with no belt sqeal when stopped in gear. My Teryx came with the .80 mm (Thin shim) and the 1.40 mm (Thick Shim), I purchased the 1.0 mm. My Teryx has over 1500 miles with the original belt, I ride in dunes and alot of mountain riding climbing rocks climbing steep terain and hard on the throttle most often.Cut the breather line at the top of the elbow in existing line. Tie wraped the excess back on the plenum. Clamped my DIY Siphon break to the bottom and tie wraped it to the plenum. If oil pukes up it will collect in the res. and once the pressure decreases will drain the oil back into the crankcase instead of blowing it into the air box.

It runs a little rough ( sluggish and suttle backfiring ) when its cold but when it warms up it clears up alot. I went to adjust the valves on front cylinder and now it back fires horribly.Him and a friend determined no spark, just asking if anybody has seen this to get me a jump start on the problem without starting at square one. After doing this the Teryx worked fine for a few hours and then started symptoms again - misfiring-loss of power-bogging out.
