In WoW I almost always have a stable 144 fps (using vsync) in most normal situations, but once combat starts in 20+ man raids, (especially when we pop Heroism), it dips down to a very spikey 15-30. You will still most likely stutter in a raid so I'd suggest just emptying both addons and wtf folders and just start setting everything up again before your next raid.
