I am preparing to sell an Evinrude Sportwin Model 4423, serial number 22004 and need to know what year and what HP it is. The original owner penciled on the parts list that came with the motor when I bought is says it is 1946. An online site claims it is made between 1947-1951 and is a 3.3 HP.
