How big will it be, and will it be square or rectangular. What I did is create an intersection. Four adjacent intersections make a single city block. Small details in implementation can make one city block design work perfectly in one factory and be useless deadlock in another, so just keep in mind that "if it works for your design, then it's fine" is an acceptable answer.
