In my experience the chat dialog from npc's will show up in the event log *or any other tab you have it check marked* when it is a direct interaction with them and your character. Random dialog you can see by passing close to them without direct interaction does not go into any chat log.Chat bubbles is one of the first things I turn off in games that have them. It only changes while changing the overal I play on a 55 inch TV and sit rougly 6 feet away and its really hard to read the text due to its size. I looked threw all the options but I couldnt find anything about text size for NPC chat. I have the UI Scale to 140 % but that doesnt fix it. Any one have a fix for this?
