The Color Vowel Chart is a pronunciation tool for teaching and learning English. This tool enables teachers and learners to talk easily and accurately about the key sounds of English without the use of phonetic symbols. Instead of phonetic symbols, the Chart uses colors and key words to represent the vowel sounds of English. English has many more vowel sounds than vowel letters.
