Since DE seems to want to do some qol lately, it would be helpful to see how high and how low a stat can roll (roll range) be…You can only have 15 at time and you have a pretty high chance to get it in sorties. Riven mods also have a challenge after which it will RANDOMLY chose a weapon with random stats.
